脊損リハセンターでは国際的な評価法を取入れ脊髄損傷の皆様の機能変化や適切なリハ・タイミングの把握に努めています。
脊髄損傷四肢麻痺者に特化した上肢機能評価
日本語版Capabilities of the Upper Extremity Test (CUE-T)
千葉県千葉リハビリテーションセンター主導で、脊髄損傷四肢麻痺者に特化した上肢機能評価である日本語版『Capabilities of the Upper Extremity Test (CUE-T)』を作成しました。
CUE-Tは近年，国際的に普及し始め，国際脊髄学会の専門誌である『Spinal Cord』において「臨床試験で使用すべき上肢機能評価」として推奨されています。なお、日本語版CUE-Tは世界的な脊髄損傷者の治療、研究機関であるThomas Jefferson大学のホームページ上でダウンロード可能です。
